Since few months I am trying to inculcate healthy food habits , as i wrote in my previous blog post to make 100 healthy recipe just to keep myself healthy yet inspired to keep doing it and i have been enjoying the process of cooking to plating to photographing it thoroughly. But since then I also wanted to start a blog where i could keep record of what I make on every day basis so I could keep going back and remake it.
Finally I have decided to write down my first recipe, here I start it with simple yet healthy PANKI , as this space i am using is mostly for healthy recipes
Moong Dal Panki
A traditional gujarati snack usually made using rice flour batter and toasted between banana leaves to bring that unusual flavour you get. So twist here to make it healthy I am using moong dal instead of only rice flour
Tip: you can also add more veggies like chopped spinach, grated carrot ,dil leaves , etc. as you like it to make it more healthy
